My name is Denny Wigington
With over 22 years of experience in recruitment, I’ve seen the industry from every angle. I’ve worked extensively within recruitment agencies as well as in-house as an internal Recruitment Manager, giving me a unique and well-rounded understanding of how recruitment truly works — not just for recruiters, but for businesses and clients too.

Having operated on both sides, I understand the real pressures companies face: budgets, timelines, culture fit, and long-term growth. That inside knowledge allows me to approach recruitment more strategically, aligning talent solutions with genuine business needs rather than a one-size-fits-all process.

I founded W Group to share the experience, insight, and practical knowledge I’ve built over two decades in the industry.
